At the start of the route of 'magical places' in the Südheide, which is located in the triangle between Celle, Gifhorn and Uelzen one also passes the monument by Manfred Bofinger.
Here with the shadow images he is hinting to three village originals - these are supposed to be: Willi Gries, Rudi Müller and Franz Sommerfeld. The monument was named 'the three from the junction'. Locals are able to actually recongnise similarities.
